Deposit and Overtime

A party must be secured with a non-refundable security deposit of $200.00 (Basic Package or $400.00 (Premier Package).  Only upon payment of this non-refundable security deposit shall WOW Kids Playground securely hold the requested space for the party rental.  The non-refundable security deposit will be applied to the rental balance.  Unless otherwise agreed, the balance amount due and owing must be paid in full two weeks before the scheduled party time.  WOW Kids Playground will charge the credit card on file.  Any remaining balance for services rendered will be charged on event day.  The Party Host (the person making the reservation) and all guests must completely vacate the premises at the end of the contracted party time to avoid automatically incurring the fees outlined above.

Venue Access

Guests will not be allowed into the reserved party area prior to the event’s scheduled start time.  All party attendees must leave the reserved area at the event’s scheduled end time.

Number of Guest Attending

The final guest count must be received no later than five (5) days prior to the event.   In the event we do not receive your final count by this date, we will prepare for the original contracted amount and charge accordingly.  If on the day of event, the attendance varies from the final count, the Party Host will be charged based on the greater number of guests.  There will be a minimum count required for each event. 

Cancellation  Policy

In the event the Party Host cancels prior to the initial arrival date of the event, WOW Kids Playground will necessarily incur damages including, but limited to, turning away other group events and the ancillary revenue associated with those events. The Party Host shall have the right to cancel the party, without cause, upon written notification to WOW Kids Playground at any time prior to the party and upon the payment of the amount expressed below:

Cancellation notice received 14 day PRIOR to event date:

Cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount

Cancellation notice received 14 day AFTER to event date or no shows:

Cancellation fee equivalent to full contracted value of the event.

Lulutots Daycare, LLC dba WOW Kids Playground is authorized to retain a valid credit card number on file for you as our Party Host.  Your information will be kept confidential, and only authorized staff will have access to the information.  If you, as the Party Host, miss a scheduled party event without notice to cancel or reschedule or fail to pay for any services received, WOW Kids Playground reserves the right to charge the credit card listed on file our standard no show fee as stated above or for any remaining balances for services rendered.  By reserving a party serves as your consent to being charged for any and all no shows and remaining balances.

Playground Policies for Parties / Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to behave responsibly at all times while at WOW Kids Playground.  Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.  WOW Kids Playground reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  Parents / guardians must sign a playground waiver for participation prior to entry of the playground.  Waivers are available online or at the front desk.

Party Host is expected to remain in the building until all guests have departed or picked up.  WOW Kids Playground is not liable for any injuries sustained or items lost or left behind on WOW Kids Playground premises during or after the event.

Damages and Cleaning

Clean-up is part of your event package.  Relax!  WOW Kids Playground will clean up.  All you need to do is to take your presents, food, beverages or cake with you. Any excessive damage done to the WOW Kids Playground premises shall be billed to the Party Host for either replacement or repair. In the occurrence of an excessive mess, as determined by WOW Kids Playground staff, created or done by the Party Host or any of its invited guests resulting in extra cleaning of the Party Venue, WOW Kids Playground premise and property shall result in Party Host to be charged an additional $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Personal Properties

WOW Kids Playground, its agents and employees, are not responsible for the Party Host or any of its Party Attendee’s personal properties.  It is the sole responsibility of each event attendee entering into the facility to be responsible for all possessions and belongings unless pre-arranged with WOW Kids Playground and/or its staff.  Under no circumstance shall WOW Kids Playground , its agents or employees, take responsibility for any lost, stolen, missing or damaged personal property or otherwise.
